    Very disappointed and very unhappy, after only 1 use (about 12kms), battery empty and impossible to recharge the Urban Glide 85L scooter (does not take the charge) reconditioned by Better Price.... Multiple problems found on delivery, the year of the model delivered does not match the ad seen on the site (2023 indicated / delivered 2020.....), it is impossible to fold the scooter manually or with the foot (several people have tried and I am forced to use a tool (super practical !!!!) ... screws not tightened on the steering column, handle loose in the package (risk of loss on delivery because poorly packaged ...), bell cap removed and no screw to fix it on the support. To simplify matters, the repackaging work was "botched" and the scooter was not tested before shipping. Having needed this scooter, I regret this purchase made out of concern for the environment (and financially). What solution and compensation will Back Market offer me?

I'm just trying to put the cruise control on my scooter and I can't find a way of doing it. I'd still find it more practical as I'd seen that it was possible to do it, I don't want to change the mileage or the speed but at least to have the cruise control so that I don't have to press the handle all the way down the road.
