Happy with the purchase as it came immediately, well packaged and I have found advantages in the refurbished iPad. I haven't used refurbished before, but it won't be the last, plus the condition of the product is excellent.

The quality of the device surpassed my expectations. This was the very first time I purchased a refurbished device and half-expected it to look decent. However, the iPad I received looked as if it were brand-new (only the battery revealed it to be a used unit with a battery life of 90+ %) This experience makes it more likely that I'll consider purchasing refurbished - through Back Market! - again.

Always worried when buying refurbished but ultra fast delivery (a more suitable and protective packaging for this type of purchase would be welcome), two small light impacts (barely visible except for the ultra maniac) quickly forgotten because product arrived in Apple box with accessory, CE logo on the back and icing on the cake received a Wi-Fi + Cellular instead of a simple wifi!? 👍🏽👏

I was pleasantly surprised, the iPad Pro 12.9, 2020 that I bought is in very good condition. At first I had the feeling that the battery was not OK, which is why I went to the Apple Store. The capacity is 84%, which is roughly as described. I was told that I had got a bargain with the device. I can definitely recommend Back Market and will be buying a MacBook soon.

The tablet is like new. I bought it for my mother-in-law, 82 years old, who already had an iPad that could no longer receive updates. So this product is perfect for what she needs: to check her emails and watch the photos she receives.

The purchase and delivery experience went well, only the iPad seems to have a fault, it never goes to standby by itself even though the standby time is set to 2 minutes, it stays on indefinitely.

Went very fast, fast delivery always been kept up to date where the parcel is etc. Device condition so far very good no scratches runs perfectly colour good. The only problem was that the delivery man did not take a signature! With such an expensive order you should be a little more careful with the delivery and not just put it in the stairwell

Fast delivery. The product arrived in very good condition, I had problems with the configuration we had to take it to a shop to be formatted but it works correctly. The keyboard is in very good condition, so far very happy with the purchase.
