Everything is unacceptable and absurd! The guaranteed express delivery that takes forever to arrive, ok either that's not your responsibility. I was in a hurry, so I bought a computer in shop and decided to cancel the order. Apparently the computer hasn't been dispatched but it's too late to cancel! So I waited to receive it before sending it back. The computer arrives in a state of misery, it has a lot of jerks and the icing on the cake it is dirty and full of cat or dog hair. I should point out that it was supposed to be in 'very good condition'. I took a few photos to prove its condition before putting it back in its box as it had been sent. Today, to my astonishment, the seller came back to me and told me that the computer had been damaged in a way that made a refund impossible, and that they were going to reship the thing to me. The photos attached by the seller do indeed show defects, except that mine show the same aforementioned defects. I don't know whether I'm dealing with a stroke of bad luck or a huge organisation of charlatanism. I've got a bitter taste in my mouth and feel like I'm being taken for a fool. One thing's for sure, I'm not going to let this happen and you're going to be hearing a lot more about me!
