I received my Galaxy Z Fold2 5G (256GB, black, unlocked), along with a protective shell that I bought separately. At first glance, everything seemed to be in perfect condition, and the phone worked normally. However, I noticed a small black spot on the front screen, top right. Thinking it was from the shell, I didn't pay too much attention to it. A few days later, when I received my new SIM card, I removed the shell to insert it, and that's when I noticed that the black spot was actually 2 or 3 dead pixels on the screen. This defect wasn't immediately visible, but it's there and it's affecting the display. Conclusion: The phone I received has dead pixels on the top right of the front screen. This defect was present on receipt, although difficult to detect at first. I had to send the phone back.

the mobile gives me all the features I need, if any downside I could put is the battery life that could be somewhat longer, but having the ultra fast charging charger makes up for it.

The phone arrived as "Excellent", but in reality it had a serious fault: the eSIM/SIM module is not detected, according to Apple's official diagnosis. This means that no mobile line can be used, something that should have been checked before selling it. Clearly the seller did not check the device and it does not meet the standards BackMarket promises. Very disappointed with the experience.

The iPhone unfortunately has a major battery defect (very very limited battery life) and the SIM card disconnects for no reason .... Disappointing for the price! I'll look into getting a refund

Perfect! Fast and accurate delivery. I don't regret it at all. However, there was a small problem with the packaging. The phone was just wrapped in thin bubble wrap. So there was no box in the shipping carton. Fortunately, it was intact. But I wasn't reassured when I opened it. 😅
