The phone is as good as new (premium level) and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the (very reasonable) price also included the shell and protective glass. Fast delivery. Very happy with this purchase and I even wonder why I didn't renew my old SAMSUNG S8 sooner! Thanks to BM and the reconditioning shop!

Good phone, received as new. It works very well at the moment. As far as the battery is concerned, it discharges quite quickly, but that's more a problem with the s22 than the reconditioning. The only downside is the original source of the phone. Living in France, I received a smartphone intended for the American market. As a result, I can't use Samsung pay or Google pay because my phone only recognises American banks. There is a way around this with revolut on Google pay, but it's still annoying.

For a few years now, I've only been buying reconditioned laptops from Backmarket and I've rarely been disappointed (and when I was, the problem was always solved very quickly). For this latest purchase, I opted for the premium version, which is as good as new, with the added bonus of having the protective casing and screen installed! What happiness.

Delighted with my purchase. The prenium version of the phone I ordered is as good as new and, as an added bonus, it was already protected by a case and screen glass. I have nothing to complain about. Delivery in two days... For my first experience with refurbished phones, it was a success. I would do it again with my eyes closed.

I'm really happy with this phone, I was hesitating after a bad experience with a refurbished Certideal but really thanks to Back Market, it's top of the range and comes with a casing and tempered glass already fitted. Ready to use the laptop, charged ....bref SUPER!

Phone purchased 2 weeks ago arrived in my letterbox with no further information from UPS on the day of delivery, which is hardly surprising. The premium refurbished phone arrived in excellent condition with a protective shell and tempered glass screen already installed (which prevented me from testing the fingerprint unlocking feature). It works perfectly, only the delivery was limited.

Top delivery and contents. Adding the little metal piece that opens the SIM card drawer would not have been a luxury. Really like new. There's still the question inherent in all this refurbished equipment: if the hardware refurbishment of these devices is essential, what about their system updates? Smartphones, which are by no means the most secure of devices, find themselves propelled into a second life with unmaintained OSes, like system sieves. It would be interesting to take a closer look at these OSes and find a solution commensurate with their hardware reconditioning.

1st order from Back Market and 1st reconditioned phone. Everything is spotless. The phone is like new. The battery is 100% (option chosen) no problems detected for the moment. To see in time. 👍

For a reconditioned phone, it's in perfect condition, having said that, I took the prenium version to get this result and I'm completely satisfied. The advantages of the phone : - Fast and smooth - No visible scratches - The delivery is fast - Identical to the description - Protected with a case (not crazy but relatively correct for waiting for a better case) - The screen is protected by a film - Sound is OK Minuses of the phone : - The protective film is too thick for fingerprint recognition. - No jack. - Packaging not very secure. - Unofficial charging cable. - Less powerful battery (but this was stated in the advert). To sum up, this premium refurbished phone offers an excellent alternative to a new model, with good performance and impeccable condition. Despite a few minor shortcomings, particularly in terms of accessories and packaging protection, it remains a very good choice for those looking for a reliable and economical handset.
