I bought an Iphone 12 128GB In like new condition, battery health 82%. And the battery health looks even so, it drains fast, I'm not even on the phone and the phone shuts off in 4-6 hours. My only complaint about the battery is the poor battery life. But the phone looks really like new.

Well everything perfect, the phone came in perfect condition, the only thing I did not like is that the battery came with a life of 80% but after a few days and use, or do not know the reason, it lasts me perfectly all day or day and a half if I do not use it much. I have noticed how the battery has been getting better. So overall everything is perfect. When I change handset I will repeat with Back Market.

Of the three quality options, I chose excellent. I must say that the quality is indeed excellent. The battery is still 100%. This is the biggest advantage for me. I also don't see a single scratch and the phone is lightning fast. I don't really have any other wishes. I am satisfied and like the fact that refurbished is better for the climate than buying a new phone.

J’ai acheter mon iPhone 11 en parfait état , je l’ai très bien reçu avec son chargeur .la batterie est au top etc.. c’est comme si il était neuf . Mais il chauffe un peu et si sa aire été reçu dans une boîte apple sa serait mieu mais je vais pas me plaindre pour si peu sinon rien a dire

The delivery was very fast and the product came as good as new. The battery was weak, but that's a problem with that model, not the reconditioned one. Everything was perfect. I will use Backmarket again because of the confidence it gives.

Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. iPhone 11 kam sogar 1 Tag vor Zusage an. Zustand wie neu. Konnte am gleichen Tag von iPhone 8 auf 11 umsteigen. iPhone 8 konnte ich für den von backmarket angebotenen Preis verkaufen. Ich kann BackMarket weiter empfehlen.

Everything perfect, I picked it in excellent grade and it came just as described, 0 scratches, 0 dings and battery at 89% health. This is the 2nd iphone I have bought here and they are definitely very good quality.

I ordered it in excellent condition and it arrived with 100% battery life and not a scratch on it, my experience was 10 except for a problem with the shipping issue, without a doubt I highly recommend it.
