order received very quickly. Surprised by the perfect state of the XCOVER 4S smartphone, sold with a protective glass. Nickel grip: settings like new ... what more can I say? Thank you to my son 💝 who pointed me to this store and thank you💖 backmarket for this honesty. I'll be back, but I don't know when!

Quality = price

The whole family has been buying from backmarket for years. Excellent value for money! I can't stand spending exorbitant amounts of money on a smart phone and what's more we avoid unnecessary waste and all thanks to backmarket. I highly recommend them.

Really a good, reputable shop, always provide information about the current order process and apologise if the delivery is late. Mobile phone was in very good condition, even with new armoured film on the screen, battery lasts very well, my son is really very happy with his mobile phone. I can only recommend it to others.

The customer service is great. They can be contacted immediately and are very helpful. I had the bitter experience before Christmas that our mobile phone was stolen from the parcel in the post. Backmarket's customer service team filled out the theft report with me. We were lucky that the same mobile phone was still in stock and so a replacement was delivered to us. This mobile phone arrived yesterday and, as promised, is in excellent condition, like new. Thank you very much.

Telephone Meets my expectations. Only downside Transferring data from my old phone to the new one was a pain. Not all the data downloaded correctly to the new phone. A shame. Slts .

the phone works very well and is also not that big and performs better than my old phone and is also very affordable for me, i am glad i found this phone and website. the only downside was that the charger did not work properly and I had to buy a new one, but overall it is a very nice phone for daily use.

Sorry not installed yet, I don't know how to get my files from the old device to the new one !!!!! Why only 4 stars, in fact I did not receive the parcel at home, but at a depot 10 kms away.

Top notch 😍 I was sceptical about the aesthetic aspect of the phone, having taken a model in "perfect condition" but all things considered it is NIQUEL. Now I'll have to wait and see what happens to the battery over time, as I find that it runs down quite quickly...

The article itself is impeccable. It's a shame that the operating system is in Dutch as standard. Despite having changed the language wherever possible, there are still messages or windows in Dutch, e.g. the home page ...
