Works very well but the rear panel is badly stuck. I hope it's not a problem with a damaged battery.

This is the second time I have ordered a phone from Backmarket and each time there has been a problem. Each time I have to return the item for an exchange. The 1st time there was a malfunction and now you pay for a phone in perfect condition and you receive a phone with scratches on the screen. The problem was dealt with very well the 1st time, we'll see if it's sorted out again. it's a pain. There's no way of getting an item in perfect condition as soon as you receive it.

The dispatch took quite a long time. I ordered a mobile phone with dual sim, but the slot for the sim cards was designed for single sim. Nevertheless, the mobile phone works well and has no visible defects.
