Exactly what I was looking for.

Purchased: iPhone 15 pro, excellent condition and new battery. Everything was fine with this order, arrived like new, no scratches, only 2 charge cycles. If it had come in the original packaging I would have thought it was brand new. In my first order, a button on the device was defective and I sent it back. The parcel was lost in the process. I have to praise the good customer support here, quick responses and polite behaviour. In the end, I got my money back without any major problems. That's why I gave a used mobile phone a second chance via Backmarket. If it had gone like the second order right from the start, I would have given it full marks. But you can also be unlucky, as was the case with the first order. Overall, however, I can recommend Backmarket. You can get very good appliances and the customer service is very good.

It is the first time I have bought a refurbished phone and the truth is that I have been surprised for the better. I ordered the phone in excellent condition and with a new battery and it has been. The phone is impeccable and the battery is 100% healthy. I have been using it for 3 days and it works great, I recommend it. To put a downside, the charging cable fails from time to time ... but as I have the original from my previous phone is not a problem.

Very fast shipping, well secured package, the phone is perfect aesthetically having taken the excellent option, only two small flaws are the box and the charging cable not original apple. For the rest nothing to say, perfect! highly recommended

The phone complies, When I saw a box that was not Apple I was a little afraid of the contents. In the end, the phone has been RAS for a week and seems to be working well. The packaging protects the phone well.

Beautifully packaged package, both externally and internally with their little box and lots of bubble wrap. Also charging cable. I was missing the sim extractor but patience. Aesthetically really minimal imperfections (I took very good state, with a normal cover it looks as good as new) but screen and cameras without even a scratch. Very satisfied

Top and fast shipping, 24 hours after purchase I received my parcel. The product is in impeccable condition, no trace of scratches or wear although it is an iPhone with a perfect condition, I thought it was an iPhone with a premium condition for the price, I recommend 100% this product and the battery, its condition is virtually new (98%).

As described, the phone looked in excellent condition. With no scratches. The phone also works top notch. I have always had a Samsung though and I wonder if iPhone was not a downgrade when it comes to some functionalities. But it does give a premium feel in terms of look and use.
