I was looking for a refurbished iPhone 13 for my daughter, I went around a lot of shops without finding anything satisfactory, so I started looking on various sites, after several comparisons back market was the perfect compromise between: price and optional options. I was very sceptical! I had been looking for a while on the various sites for refurbished mobile phones but there was always something that didn't convince me ... either the price, or the state of the phone, the battery ... On the Back market site I finally found my phone! The memory I needed, a new battery and excellent condition of the phone. So it was! I thought they had made a mistake by sending me a new mobile phone! All the description was totally respected including delivery time. I am really satisfied with the purchase and the seriousness of Back market! I absolutely recommend it! Well done and thank you!

The product arrived on time. It is perfect. No scratches anywhere. The battery seems to be in excellent condition. We are actually only in the first month of use and then we will see if it stays that way. The phone is as good as new. For me it's my first refurbished one so I don't know if I was just lucky or they are all like that, anyway I am very satisfied.

Purchased: iPhone 15 pro, excellent condition and new battery. Everything was fine with this order, arrived like new, no scratches, only 2 charge cycles. If it had come in the original packaging I would have thought it was brand new. In my first order, a button on the device was defective and I sent it back. The parcel was lost in the process. I have to praise the good customer support here, quick responses and polite behaviour. In the end, I got my money back without any major problems. That's why I gave a used mobile phone a second chance via Backmarket. If it had gone like the second order right from the start, I would have given it full marks. But you can also be unlucky, as was the case with the first order. Overall, however, I can recommend Backmarket. You can get very good appliances and the customer service is very good.

What can I say, if I didn't know it was a refurbished product I would have taken it for new. From today BackMarket has one more customer (in addition to all those to whom I will recommend it).

Started using right away, I was sceptical at first considering the price but then on arrival I checked everything and it is in more than excellent condition, 100% battery, cosmetically perfect and with every feature working 100% I am really surprised and satisfied. Perfect packaging and arrived on time.

Just one word: perfect! The smartphone is as good as new in every way; looks, 100% battery, faultless operation, camera and screen quality, etc., just perfect! Just perfect!
