My wife's phone needed replacing after dropping it in the loo. She has always loved the Pixel phones but I was a bit dubious about a refurbished phone and had never used Back Market before. I bit the bullet after I saw the price which was very good compared to a new phone. We chose 'Excellent' in condition as this was only very slightly more in price than 'very good'. When the phone arrived I could not believe it, there was not even the slightest visible blemish anywhere and I inspected it all over, it may as well have been brand new. The handset works as it should and my wife loves it. For those who have doubts, I say go for it. This is where I will be getting all of my future handsets now so the company have gained two extremely satisfied new customers. Fantastic. Many thanks. 👍🏻

I don't normally do reviews but hope this helps others who may be undecided. I was sceptical about using this site as I normally buy new. My old iPhone accidentally went through the washing machine and had to be replaced. As I do not make much use of all the tech available on phones these days I was reluctant to pay pay full whack so decided to give refurbished a try. I could not be happier with the service provided and the phone came without a mark on it. Delivery was as stated and it was well packaged. Got it set up no problem and has been in daily use since without any issues. I would recommend BackMarket to family and friends.

The iPad is perfect. Excellent condition and works perfectly well. The only issue I have is that the cable which was supplied with the iPad wasn’t good enough to charge the iPad. I had to purchase a new one so that I could charge the iPad up.

Great service and a great phone. Phone arrived quickly, and the trade-in worked a dream. I didn't want a big phone so the iphone 13 mini is perfect for me. A step up from my SE as it has much better technology and a great phone. Couldn't be happier.

I am satisfied with my iPhone Se. It was in excellent condition when I received it I could never tell it was an refurbish phone its like brand new. Its working perfect. I'd definitely make another purchase off here and I've been recommending back market to friends.

From the time I placed the order I was kept informed of the order progress and the phone was delivered before the scheduled delivery date. Considering the phone was classed as Good and not Excellent I could find no visible indications on the phone case or screen that the phone was a refurbished model.So far the phone has functioned as expected and I do have the reassurance of a 12 month warranty. All in all I would say an excellent purchase considering the price.

All good, working fine, except the charger it came with is defective. It keeps having the error message 'check charging accessory ' as the cable is not the official Google one. Setup was easy and the condition is great though.

The phone came very fast and came with a screen protector and charger which was nice!! Almost impossible to tell it was refurbished as it had no scratches on the front and back screens, very lovely experience😊😊
