excellent iPhone, received in good condition, a few micro scratches not directly visible but only 1 quite visible but with a protective glass we see nothing. Like new, the cameras and colour are superb. 3rd phone purchase and have never been disappointed.

The MAcBook was bought in excellent condition. However, compared to the other one, bought at the beginning of the year, the general condition could be considered GOOD, there are small scratches on the external structure, there was a slight discomfort when clicking on the "o" key, which I solved with a small manoeuvre, the general condition of the machine seems in good working order so far, but compared to the previous product, this macbook could be considered in slightly inferior condition, even though the battery condition and other functionalities are working well. As the expectation was EXCELLENT, I was left with the feeling of observing the operation more closely over time. I'm reassured by the Backmarket guarantee

The MacBook works well and looks neat! I did get an unofficial charger. As a result, the Macbook runs empty faster than full when it is on in the charger

The laptop I ordered was actually very good. There were slight signs of use, but that is perfectly fine. The laptop is fully functional as promised. The only minus point was that the laptop was packed very loosely in the packaging, which is very worrying with electronic devices, as the packages are thrown back and forth by various courier drivers, as you know, and the devices can quickly be damaged, because they are very sensitive. So far it seems that the laptop was not damaged by the transport, but still the risk of transport damage was very high.
