The seller was top notch, very commercial and accommodating, after sending me back my laptop because of a small fault with the keyboard + battery, he sent me another laptop in impeccable condition, with a long battery life as a bonus and all this in record time! Thank you very much, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, I highly recommend it!

The smartphone I received is in very good condition and works very well, with just one downside: the battery drains faster than my old 2016 J3 (in the same conditions, with mobile data and wifi OFF). But the BackMarket experience remains excellent.

I received the computer quickly. But once I'd fully customised it and installed some documents, I realised that one of the two USB ports wasn't working. Of course, they offered me an exchange, but now that I've customised the computer, I don't really want to send it back. What a shame!

The price is fair with the condition of the laptop! It was released in circa 2017~2018 so I expected to have scratches and not 'that' good battery life. Surprisingly, there are only a few scratches on the top that can cover easily by stickers. About the battery, the capacity when I run the diagnostic was 60%. Totally not bad for a 6y 2nd hand machine! I'm totally satisfied with my purchase!

Phone received quickly, very well packaged. Faithful to the description. Only the battery is a bit weak for my taste. If there's an opportunity to get a new battery, I'll take it. All the best, Antoine

Pixel 7 Pro bought in "Very Good Condition", received Like New, perfect! Delivery time, about a week, very well packed, it was safe, in a box, with a cable. I bought it for the photos and I'm delighted, the photos are superb, even inside (the main sensor and the zoom, brilliant; the ultra wide angle distorts a little). I bought a protective case at the same time, which arrived about 5 days later than the phone. I also had to buy a Google charger to optimise the battery charge. I obviously recommend BackMArket!
