This is the first time I have ever purchased a refurbished product online and, apart from an acceptable delay in delivery (mostly to be blamed on the shipper, given the Christmas period), it was an experience I will repeat and highly recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their digital devices, but is stuck with the high cost of new ones. The computer I bought, a Lenovo ThinkPad X13 13", is practically new and, for some features such as the trackpoint, looks like it has never been used. Considering the price and the configuration (I will also use it with graphics programmes), it was a bargain. Especially for me, who after years of Apple 'machines' had long wanted to reopen myself to the world with an operating system like Windows. The purchase experience was also positive due to the attention paid by the BackMarket support service, which answered some of my questions promptly, and by the supplier himself, Lorenzo of TECH-AWAY SRL, who even called me (twice!) to find out if everything was OK.

In the end, after receiving direct assistance from the seller before shipment, due to a problem with the machine I had ordered, I received a Dell 7420 equivalent to the one I had chosen. The laptop arrived well packaged and protected. Overall in good condition. Product and service fully met my expectations and I have already recommended this e-commerce to all my colleagues. The guys at Back Market and Tech-Away were outstanding and very helpful.
