I was looking for a laptop for personal use, for basic tasks such as accessing email and doing research. I found an attractive option in the Microsoft Surface at an affordable price that allows me to reduce my ecological footprint. However, I've had some problems with the keyboard, as several keys don't register the letter when pressed and you have to apply more force.

Equipment in excellent condition! With some visible marks of use but the software is impeccable!

I am very happy, it works wonderfully and if they tell me that I used the laptop for the first time, I believe it because its condition is unbeatable.

The performance is perfect, fluid and fast. And the physical appearance is better than correct, for what I expected after buying a laptop of this category. So no complaints for the moment. The only thing that shocked me when I received it is that the keyboard at sight and according to the label is Portuguese, but actually when using it it is Spanish keyboard :)

the operation of this device leaves much to be desired, especially when using whatsapp and for google and samsung messaging, which is impossible to install incessant checks (several times a day) by google for whatsapp all discussions have been deleted the messaging system unrolls old messages dating back two years and obstructing operation I'm disappointed

The tablet is as good as new as I said, but the battery is dying. As a result, it has to be charged all the time. This is a recurring problem with refurbished products... When will there be transparent information on the state of the battery and any components that have been replaced?

The quality of the phone is excellent, no trace of wear. It's simple there would be the official box it looks like new. 1st purchase on backmarket and I am 100% satisfied. It makes you think about buying new 😉
