A nice scratch on the screen but I was expecting that when I bought it in good condition. Otherwise the iPad has been working well for 1 year now. I once had an iPad that wouldn't charge despite being plugged in due to either overuse or a battery problem, but then everything was fine!

I was delighted with my purchase from Back Market, which is why I would recommend them again. The phone was like new except for a few small scratches but nothing too annoying, the battery was in very good condition.

I have been using a laptop for almost two years. There was a small problem with the touch bar, which I didn't pay attention to for the first year, I just didn't know it was a problem. But with time this problem became very noticeable, the touch bar was flickering a lot. after a year and a half of using backmarket, I paid for the diagnosis and repair of my laptop, but at first they refused and I had to argue with them for a long time, so I will give it a bit lower rating, after all, diagnostics should show what exactly is going on with the computer and not immediately deny repairs to the customer. but still, keep in mind that I was paid for the repair and replacement of the tatbar after a year and a half of use. Purchased over a year ago, delivery was very fast (2 days), product well packaged, like new with the original apple charging case brand new but I think I was lucky it will depend on what they have available to send with each product. After 1 year and 7 months of use the computer still works perfectly just the battery is not as strong which is normal for apple but otherwise nothing to say.

No problem, like new. I use it for work and leisure, so every day. I would recommend Back Market to anyone at 200%. As well as being cheaper, we're doing our bit for better consumption!

The only downside is that the condition of the battery (its health) was not 100%, and I ordered it in excellent condition precisely so that it would come to me at 100%; I got it with 92%. Otherwise, everything was great!

Like-new" condition, but the battery is not original and only one of the two rear fans works, which severely impairs the performance and longevity of all the other components in the computer. Reconditioner to avoid if you do anything other than word processing.
