    Title: Disappointing experience with my Back Market purchase Reviews I recently purchased an iPhone XS 64GB - Silver Grey - Unlocked from the Back Market site and I have to say that my experience was extremely disappointing. Right from the start I noticed problems with the phone which seemed to indicate quality and reliability issues. Firstly, the phone tended to randomly switch off when I was taking photos, especially when the phone got hot. This quickly made using the camera almost impossible, as I never knew when the phone would decide to turn itself off. This was frustrating and had a negative impact on my overall experience with the product. What's more, over time the problems got worse. After about a year of use, the phone started to drain its battery completely for no apparent reason. Even when making sure to close background applications, the phone seemed to lose power at an alarming rate. This left me in a quandary on several occasions, as my phone became unusable as soon as the battery ran out. In trying to resolve these issues, I carried out software updates, reset the phone settings and followed all the recommended steps to improve performance. Unfortunately, none of these measures provided a lasting solution to the problems I was experiencing. The experience of buying my iPhone from Back Market was extremely frustrating and left a lasting negative impression. As a consumer, I expected a functional and reliable product, especially when buying a certified and unlocked product. Unfortunately, I have been faced with ongoing issues that have greatly affected my daily use of the phone. I cannot confidently recommend Back Market on the basis of this experience, and am now faced with difficult decisions about what to do about these ongoing problems. In conclusion, my experience with purchasing my iPhone XS from Back Market has been deeply disappointing due to recurring performance, shutdown and battery issues. I am disappointed with the quality of the product I received and find myself in a situation where I need to consider solutions to remedy these issues.
