I got a p20 pro for my teenage daughter who had broken hers. She was very satisfied with it so I took the same one. i order here a p20pro indicated as in perfect condition. i was a bit sceptical about this description... mistake... it's PERFECT, mint condition, no scratches on either the screen or the back... received yesterday, haven't really tested it yet but it's off to a good start. so far I'm giving it 10 out of 10.

The model delivered corresponds to the model chosen and it works without problem; the battery life seems correct. The as-new level is a little exaggerated (there is a nice scratch between the two photo cells), but this does not seem to have an impact on the photos, so OK. Delivery was quicker than expected. So far I'm satisfied.

Defective screen but returned to reconditioner without a hitch. Back market at its best.

very good everything went well the phone took a long time to start up on the day of delivery i was afraid it wouldn't work but the rest went well and the phone works correctly.

I've been trying to get my phone to work for a while now and I can't seem to find it in the help section of the website. I managed to put the Sim/SD card in the phone when I received it, but now I can't get the Sim/SD card cover to open. I'm still stuck so if you could help me. Thank you very much.
