Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. Phone was delivered 2 days after ordering & well before the estimated dates, which was brilliant. Wouldn't think it was a refurbished phone, it was immaculate,no scratches,marks etc. Even the box looked brand new. I'll never buy new again, even recommended Back Market to a friend 👍

Great service from Backmarket, speedy and well priced reconditioned 'top notch' iPhone SE 32GB for a fraction of the cost of a new model. Does what I want it to do and is indistinguishable from an 'out of the box' model as far as I can tell.

It works flawlessly, not a scratch on it. Easy to set up. Didn't realise how badly I needed a new phone, the battery on this lasts nearly 2 days and I had to charge the old one every few hours. Delivery was very fast. Affordable, decent quality phone, can't complain. Had no issues so far. Will probably use Back Market again, once I've rinsed this phone for all it's worth in like 5 years time 😂

I managed to mess up during setup b/c I bought this phone for myself, but then my mother needed it more... and didn't have a gmail account. So I had to factory reset. Apart from that, the only problem is that it's very sensitive to touch of any kind. Putting it in my back pocket makes the torch go on, for example. Hopefully the wallet I've just ordered will rectify that! Still, the phone is as described and works well, just maybe not the best thing to buy for someone who's never used one before.

I have received it! It came in a well sealed cardboard box. It had the charger wire and the little metal tool to open the Sim drawer on the phone. I believed I managed to switch all the apps from my S8 to my now S23 FE; so far I am very pleased with the phone. At the same time I purchased my excellent grade phone, I also bought a protective case. The case I received is not compatible with the phone, which I realised once I looked at it closely; it is for an S20 FE; the dimensions don't fit the updated version S23 FE. I am sure I typed in S23 FE but the result came up with S20 FE which I thought perhaps it was a compatible product. I have tried to obtain a return label for a refund but so far no reply. I am not keen to use the new phone without a protective case. That is the only thing that is bothering me. Why doesn't the item come with a return label in the package or at least have the return label on the up/website like most online businesses do, where the customer can print it, stick it on the parcel and send it back straightaway; cutting out the time wasting in between?

Very happy with my new phone-went for the 14 plus for the larger screen after upgrading from the 12. Phone was in great condition and arrived v promptly-no marks or scratches in sight. Have since taken up trading my previous phone with Back market and have to say the process went exactly as promised. Would have no hesitation in recommending Back market to anyone looking to purchase a quality phone at a realistic price and avoiding the ridiculous new prices advertised elsewhere.

I like most of this phone. Just a couple of issues: 1 - I don't enjoy the rounded sides. 2 - Finger recognition is simply not working - very annoying. There are alternatives, like face recognition, but that one is not being used to enter bank accounts and other apps. But altogether, this is a wonderful smartphone, and I enjoy its brilliance and speed.

Tablet in great quality. Lags a bit, but is to be expected at such a low price point. Expandable storage up to 1T and a headphone jack are rare features nowadays and are brilliant on this tablet. Would recommend if you want a cheap tablet!
