I hesitated for a long time about ordering a refurbished phone because the experiences around me were mixed. However, as I didn't want to buy a new one, I took the plunge and two weeks later, I don't regret it at all! My Samsung Galaxy S23 is working perfectly, without a scratch, the battery is holding up well and the DHL delivery was extremely fast. I'll have to wait and see in the long term, but for the moment I'm totally satisfied!

Hello I put "average" (for now). I received the refurbished xiaomi redmi note 11 on Tuesday, ordered a few days ago. I'm not sure what to say about the delivery time and the delivery. BUT... 1/ I ordered on a French site (you!), and I realize that this phone supposed to be better for the planet because not new comes from Spain ... 2/ the fact that it comes from Spain gives me an invoice (pro!) without VAT ... 3/ the phone looks great, but the touchscreen functionality leaves something to be desired: after testing, and then transferring data from my tired samsung to this almost new device, it started to be recalcitrant: graphic to unlock the screen inoperative (blocking, I found a second solution, until the moment when this solution will also screw up ?), dot problem that systematically sets when I touch the space bar, bug when using. I'm not sure if it's the lower half of the screen. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one. Super fast delivery even 1 day before, product "almost" like new, very pleasant to use, I recommend Back Market and I recommend the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, fast, super clear even outside and super beautiful.

'twas the 2nd refurbished on BM and oh surprise my Redmi Note 12 was more than perfect, it arrived NEW in its original condition, sealed Xiaomi and complete with everything!!!! So I guess it was stock or unsold, unless a good fairy turned my refurbished into brand new foil in its cradle🤪 Thank you BM (and the friendly Spanish reconditioner)!

Really a very good phone (and a very good seller as it was delivered in its original box. I only regret a 3-4 cm deep scratch on the front screen, which is a pity, but it's still a refurbished phone). Otherwise it's a real jewel of technology with a very fast processor, ultra high-performance cameras... I also regret that there's no stylus sold with it....I understood why when I bought my original Samsung Z series Fold with the button for taking photos remotely for 80 euros.....

Very good phone at first glance, bright screen quality, photo block that makes you want to finish the whole ... then I realised that my p40pro was a bit faster and had never had such a bug... I don't understand how this phone can bug with 12g of RAM! The chip must really be average, at that price I was hoping for better! I'm thinking about whether or not to send it back...

The reconditioned device is in perfect condition. The order and delivery went very well and the delivery was fast.

Paid 256€ refurbished. after 2 days in the main chains it was at least 50€ cheaper. partly my fault... but partly...
