I got it before the date, everything perfect and the battery at 100% battery health. Fourth device I buy (iphone 14,watch series 8,ipad 2022 and iphone 16) and all perfect, I recommend to all and I will come back (when the time comes) to buy for sure.

We took 3 from different vendors (upgrades and renewals of out-of-order equipment), in as reconditioned condition as possible. One of the A32s was supposed to replace an I Phone XR and it's doing a much better job. It's become a benchmark.

The delivery said that my parcel had not yet arrived but when I clicked on the link the parcel had arrived at the relay point. Apart from that, very good! Once again happy with my experience with Back market.

Initially I was a bit reluctant to choose a refurbished smartphone, but after having this first experience, the truth be told, it is worth it because the phone is in perfect condition and two weeks later it is working perfectly, let's hope it stays that way!

This is the second phone my family has bought from this company, the first one went well about the second one, bought as new, I have problems about the originality of the battery. Doing the battery status check, it turns out that it is not possible to check if the battery is original. This does not reassure me considering what I was guaranteed before purchase. I am a bit disappointed.

The phone is perfect, arrived on time and very well packaged. It is a bit noticeable that the battery has already been used, but it works great.

It would have been better if the tablet had been delivered with its case, even if I had to pay for it, but perhaps I had misread the detailed description.
