It is the first time I buy a mobile phone in backmarket, everything is great. The phone arrived on the date I was told and I would not really say that the phone is reconditioned, as it works perfectly, and at first glance it is as if it were new.

IT IS THE FIRST TIME WE BOUGHT A RECONDITIONED MOBILE, THE SHIPPING WAS FAST AND THE PHONE HAS SURPRISED US QUITE A LOT. PHONE PRACTICALLY NEW, ONLY A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER, CAME WITH A 100% BATTERY, SO FAR EVERYTHING PERFECT, HOPEFULLY OVER TIME WILL REMAIN THE SAME.

I ordered the iphone XR black 64 gigs and it was a marvel good delivery and good the phone the other day I dropped it and it broke hahaha but yesterday I ordered the iphone 13 128 gigs through this site and I hope it arrives just as good.

well,I ordered a Samsung A32 5G free and the first one arrived to me wrong,I had no data and the calls did not work and with my operator there was no problem,I returned it,they refunded me without problem,but I have ordered the same model of mobile and everything has arrived to me well,but it is supposed to be 5g and they have sent me the 4g,I know because for the first terminal I ordered I bought a case for that model 5g and that same case does not fit me for the one they have sent me new as this mobile is a little smaller,the perdona who sold me the case for the first one told me that if it is 5g or 4g xq the case was not the same and now I understand why. it seems to me that this is cheating people,because i paid more money for this terminal so that it does not happen to me what happened to the previous one and on top of that they send me the 4g but in the description it says that it is the 5g. I'm going to keep it, but at least it is clear that I'm not stupid and I realize it.

The iPad I bought came perfectly I bought the item excellent, and if I didn't know it was refurbished I could say that I had it for the first time.

Excellent product, in perfect condition. I bought a refurbished mobile phone as a gift for my partner who had broken his, and it was in perfect working order. I would definitely consider this site to buy for me in the future when I need one!

Fast shipping in standard box. Laptop in very good condition as advertised. Bought in november 23 and to this day works correctly. Currently I can only say good things about the refurbished.

Hello, I am satisfied with the phone I received, on time, it works perfectly for the moment and its condition is correct for a reconditioned phone. The original battery is at 87% capacity, which is good because it lasts all day with my use. The only downside is that the device displays an error message about the camera, which doesn't seem to be original.
