Overall very good.

The product , despite not being a latest model , is fully functional and has allowed me a considerable saving for my needs . 5 stars .

Once again, a marvel. The iPad, despite not being "Excellent", I had to look for the reason why it wasn't, such was the state it was in. And the performance, the same. So far, not the slightest complaint.

Back-Market has a very good after-sales service. Responsive and attentive. Sales policy respected to the letter. Very bad experience with collissimo. They lost my 1st parcel. No communication from them, you have to go looking for information. On the other hand, there's nothing to say about Fed-Ex: they're professional!

It is the first time I buy a mobile phone in backmarket, everything is great. The phone arrived on the date I was told and I would not really say that the phone is reconditioned, as it works perfectly, and at first glance it is as if it were new.

I am very happy with my Iphone 12 works very well with a battery percentage of 100% while I had purchased a standard battery ( which should motivate you even more to buy from them) Some visible dings though but nothing wrong with the screen or the mobile itself
