No directions on use or anything else. It is for my daughter and she has said nothing about it. For the price it's all good though.

Surface Pro 7 in very good condition as stated, already updated with windows 11. Shipped and received very quickly, but I was a bit worried about the condition on arrival, as the box had taken a few knocks and the device was simply wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. But in the end there was no damage, everything was fine!

ordered in good condition, received cleaned, formatted, no scratches on the screen with even a new protective plastic film, the original charger. It's clear that the reconditioning team is doing everything necessary to restore the device to its original condition before selling it.

It met or exceeded my expectations. I'd heard that the ergonomics were not as good as I'd hoped, especially when I was doing sport, but that's not the case. The headphones perform well and fit my ears perfectly, even during my sports sessions.

Perfectly suited to my needs. Very good unit, one small downside, a false contact on the ethernet input (RJ45) of the motherboard, you have to shake the plug for the link to be correct. (tried with several different cables) Too bad

The PC is in very good hardware condition and the programmes work well, it only has small signs of wear (less than expected) that do not affect anything. I am very satisfied. The choice and purchase was easy and the delivery fairly quick

Excellent, product conforms to my order, well packaged, delivered on time, works perfectly well for reconditioning. I recommend it for back market purchases.
