Fast and efficient service, but the screen and battery are not original. The battery doesn't seem to mind, but the screen is of poor quality compared to an original. Slow display, contrast ... nothing like a normal iPhone 11.

Very good. Arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Well packaged and with foams. It has barely visible marks of use and works perfectly. Happy with the purchase. Recommended 100%. I only have one suggestion for a 5 star service; at the time of purchase they could ask or take into account the language of the customer, as the equipment was reconditioned in Italy, so the operating system was in Italian and unfortunately Windows does not allow a clean and efficient language change throughout the operating system without mixing the first language with the new one that is added. Searching on the Internet and trying to get support from Microsoft, the only option to have the operating system completely in a different language than the one used at the time of installation, was to reinstall Windows in the desired language.

Phone as described, very good. Only small typo: the phone arrived not reset, cad that it was on and there was a photo in the gallery. But this is nothing serious!

On the whole, the phone works very well, but having bought a device in perfect condition, I was expecting a good battery. This one is discharging at breakneck speed. Between 70% and 20% it weakens abnormally, even though its capacity is 100% if you look in the settings.

I received an iPhone 13 in perfect condition at a very competitive price. Super satisfied so far. I will evaluate the service should I need it.

The phone is as described and works perfectly. Please note that two error messages appear: - battery problem -screen problem with no impact on the phone's operation

Very good experience on Black market. After a first delivery that failed (address compatibility problem) I was quickly contacted by phone and then by email. I was offered a refund or reshipment. I chose reshipment by adjusting the address. My phone arrived yesterday as I expected and in perfect condition.
