Superb 2nd experience with Back Market. When I unpacked it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was as good as new, not a single scratch on the casing or screen with a 100% battery without having taken the new battery option. I recommend refurbished on this site.

Refurbished parcel, well packaged and protected. The phone, which was supposed to be in "good condition", looks as good as new to me, which is a pleasant surprise. There were no problems getting used to it, and I'm satisfied with the phone and the service so far.

I bought a Google pixel 5 and it arrived quickly with a brand new cable and charger. The condition of the device was excellent but the battery was at 78% and for me it was draining fast. In the end I decided to return it because I opted for a superior and brand new model. The return was easy and I got my money back straight away. I also had to say that I returned everything in perfect condition and there were things that I didn't even use.

I've been ordering from BackMarket for years, and I'm always satisfied because the customer service team is always ready to listen and react quickly to find a better solution.

The Pixel 5 has reached its end of life! Google is no longer providing updates for this phone. To extend the life of this phone, you can install an alternative Android such as Lineage OS or /e/OS. The good news: it's possible. At least the one I received allows OEM unlocking to install an alternative system. It arrived super fast, in very good condition in my opinion (despite the fair condition indication), and in very plain packaging (: I am very happy.

The price speaks for itself. The front and back of my Pixel 4 (which I bought as a replacement for another Pixel 4) have been replaced, which is a good thing, but the quality is much poorer than the original, which means that the display scratches much more quickly and easily, but the brightness and resolution are good and at least comparable to the original, the colour temperature is slightly different, but that's also the case with the originals.

IPhone perfectly conforms to the description ' battery at 83% of its capacity ' I hope that's correct? On the other hand, the cable supplied has 1 end for the iPhone on one side and 1 for another smartphone like Samsung on the other, and I don't understand how I could use it. Device received exactly on time Very happy with my purchase!

Great Google pixel 4 a is perfect in terms of size, and operating system, in love! Fast and good service, I appreciate that they give a second life to things and with warranty! Let's stop consuming new, too much technological junk we humans produce.

Device is o.k., battery at 85%, everything is fine except for the Google lock, which I had to wait 3 days for before I could route the device. Please wait a bit or make the customer aware of this.
