Excellent!

Item arrived and was faulty, got through steps of setting it up and it was taking a very long time so I restarted the phone to try again, but then the phone started to overheat and not let me enter my passcode, and when I tried to contact black market there is no number or email I can contact, it only brings me back to the “get help” page which doesn’t help me at all because I can’t factory reset the iPhone, very back experience and wouldn’t not recommend

I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. Will definitely be ordering from Back Market in the future and I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new mobile to buy reconditioned.

But guys it's like having a brand new iphone in my hands!!! I bought a premium state white iphone 15 pro and it is literally brand new, looks like it just came out of the apple store! It came to me with two charge cycles even though it was brand new, but it was probably needed by the people who put it back together. The quality is absurd and the reliability of this market is absolutely real! Far beyond my expectations! The phone arrives in two working days. What more can I say, if you are thinking of saving some money but at the same time want a NEW phone, the Premium refurbished is absolutely for you!

This is my 3rd purchase of a refurbished iPhone 14-15-16 and this is the first time it’s gone to plan, good communication, label I self printed myself as the package promised didn’t arrive. I prefer to use Royal Mail so that was good. A counter offer was made but acceptable . All good so far just waiting for my cash as it’s a bank holiday.

I bought an iPhone 15 in premium condition and it arrived in PERFECT condition, just like new (the maximum battery capacity was 100%). I'd say the only differences are that it doesn't come with Apple packaging and the charger cable isn't original either (which is nothing to sneeze at). The order was placed on a Friday night and arrived on Tuesday morning (ahead of schedule). I'd recommend it 1000 times over.

Really happy with my refurb iPhone 15. Fantastic condition. Great value. Delivery efficient. Had initial data problem but turned out to be service provider problem with SIM card code. Once sorted all good. Just getting used to new toggles but up and running. I would recommendBackMarket.
