Item arrived and was faulty, got through steps of setting it up and it was taking a very long time so I restarted the phone to try again, but then the phone started to overheat and not let me enter my passcode, and when I tried to contact black market there is no number or email I can contact, it only brings me back to the “get help” page which doesn’t help me at all because I can’t factory reset the iPhone, very back experience and wouldn’t not recommend

But guys it's like having a brand new iphone in my hands!!! I bought a premium state white iphone 15 pro and it is literally brand new, looks like it just came out of the apple store! It came to me with two charge cycles even though it was brand new, but it was probably needed by the people who put it back together. The quality is absurd and the reliability of this market is absolutely real! Far beyond my expectations! The phone arrives in two working days. What more can I say, if you are thinking of saving some money but at the same time want a NEW phone, the Premium refurbished is absolutely for you!

I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. I had read a few "bad" reviews about the refurbisher (sell my cell europe limited), in particular the poor packaging of the products for transport. I placed an order for an iphone 13 pro in "perfect condition" and it arrived from Ireland in well-thought-out Back Market packaging in perfect condition, with its cable and the little pin for removing and inserting the sim card. The phone is indeed in perfect condition, with no marks or scratches on either the screen or the casing, and with a 100% original Apple battery. Makes you wonder if the phone has ever been used! After 2 months of use, there are still no problems to report. I had tried to get the best price for my iphone X. The price I was quoted was €99. A set for sending it back properly protected was sent to me by post with instructions. A few days after it arrived at the refurbisher's, the €99 offer was confirmed and payment was made quickly and easily. All in all, a very good experience in which everything went perfectly.

It is my first reconditioned device, with the fear that comes with choosing an electronic device that has been used to a lesser or greater extent, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the reconditioned device. The only downside I can put is that the battery arrived with 98% of battery and a month and a half later it was at 87% which I can understand if it had not been used. Anyway, I've had the phone for 8 months and it works like the first day, a marvel and the battery stabilised at 87%. Also the cable they sent me melted when I charged it for the 3rd time, I asked for a new one but they sent me an amount to buy one myself. The customer servi...

Great price: I got a refurbished iPhone 13 and it's like new! It has some wear on the side buttons but with my new cover you can't see it at all and the screen doesn't even have a scratch on it! The phone works great and is very fast despite having recharged the entire backup of the old iPhone 7. The battery status is 85% and lasts me a day and a half using it often. The shipping arrives as expected. I will definitely recommend my friends to buy from BlackMarket!
