laptop was in excellent condition

The battery does not work, so i have reqiuested a return of product.

I bought my DEL looking "good" because it was the only one available with the features I wanted. It was a great surprise to receive the pc and not find any obvious marks of use. Super happy Thank you

Everything was fine. We bought two PCs, both came in perfect condition, without any visible external defects. They came with Windows 11 (we had doubts because it was not indicated in the description). One was to give as a gift and I have also been told that it is perfect. Very happy with the purchase

So far no reason to complain about my order for a Lenovo Thinkpad L14 G2, even though the computer was sent from Spain and had obviously been refurbished there. The delivery was punctual and complete, the product was in the condition described and works perfectly. Therefore a very good price-performance ratio, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Hello, I find this laptop very good for working on virtualisation. However, I have noticed some small perforated holes on the screen. Otherwise everything is fine. As I have a one-year warranty, I hope that this PC will not have any technical problems. All in all, for the moment, I'm quite satisfied with this product, I'm even happy with this article. Hello, the computer is in great condition, efficient and up to date, with a good quality screen and brightness. The only downside is the battery life: at 10%, the charge lasts only 30 minutes, whereas it says 1 hour and 15 minutes. I realised that I didn't want Windows because the whole process of getting started and resetting the computer has to be done under a Microsoft account and I can't even access free word processing software without having to log in. I'm going to have it reset to Linux.

Product meets my expectations. The condition is really very satisfactory, even bluffing! For refurbished ... it looks like new!

The computer is very good for what I wanted to do with it (music, videos). On the Backmarket side, very good too. The computer is like new, received quickly, etc..
