The keyboard did not comply with French standards

Worst purchase of my life! MacBook Air arrived sticky dirty and flat with crumbs. I rated the quality of the product as excellent but there are scratches and abrasions along the front of the case. It was extremely disgusting to open the Mac and find food crumbs on the screen and in the gap between screen and keyboard. First and very last purchase from backmarket and especially from Savvy Tech seller Ahmed Raza Returned immediately.

Arrived promptly, in very good condition, correctly reset. ALL CLEAR.

Positive experience, quick shipment and on time. Remanufactured product, as good as new.

Little surprises when I opened my MacBook: - keyboard keys reversed (wcvbnx for the bottom line!!!) - It was dirty (dust and crumbs in the keyboard, fingerprints on the screen) But it seems to be working properly.
