Super fast delivery, which is a plus when you're impatient :) The product was relatively well packaged (bubble wrap and cardboard boxes). The overall condition of the PS4 Pro is pretty good, with a few signs of wear and tear, which is normal for a second-hand product. However, there's a problem with the console's USB ports - the controllers don't charge every time :/.

A great product. I did not find any scratches or dents in the product! The phone is like new but at half the price!

The parcel arrived on time and very well packaged with its original box. Having chosen the perfect condition option the Ps4 Slim had no scratches or dings, the same for the controller, however it was a little dusty and the documentation and headset were missing, nothing too serious, especially as to our surprise there was the Call of Duty Advanced Warfare game CD integrated into the player. This being my first experience with Back Market my impression is positive and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The only negative thing I could say is that it makes noise. Otherwise, everything is absolutely perfect. Shipping, delivery times, the machine ....

I bought a PC in "perfect condition". The PC looks fine despite a few small marks on the cover. However, I was very disappointed with the packaging. No protection inside, just the PC in a vacuum-packed plastic with a piece of cardboard. The cardboard is double the correct size and was damaged in transit (the computer box was also the shipping box...). Otherwise in very good condition!

Product in very good condition. The packaging could be in better condition, even if only slightly superficial. Delivery was days earlier than expected, which is to be appreciated.
