An absolutely brilliant product, well reconditioned at a very attractive price for a near-new hoover. Delivery in less time than expected. The only downside was that there was only one recharging bag, as opposed to the 2 I expected, if I've understood correctly. In any case, this robot hoover is a marvel of technology that helps me in my daily life, and entertains the cat!

An efficient hoover that's fairly light and easy to handle. I use it in automatic mode (adjusts the power according to the amount of dirt) and the battery lasts for the whole house (120m2) without any problem.

I would say that for a used product it arrived practically new, so the reconditioning procedure was excellent. It only has one defect, which is that in automatic mode it varies the intensity for no apparent reason but not a big problem, with manual power selection it is perfect!

Well, that made my day. Loved the idea behind Back Market. So then I had to research the company and was so impressed and wondered why I had not found you or heard of you in the past. I decided to jump in and buy this vacuum with my growing confidence in Back Market and WOW.... I am so impressed with everything! The order process was simple. The vacuum came intact 5 days before promised and the best part yet is how much I love this vacuum. If a vacuum could change someone's life this will for me. I am literally jumping up and down with joy about everything from my first time finding your website until today being able to keep my house easily free of two cats hair. And I was able to connect everything in the vacuum in minutes without a guy! Bonus! Thank you and thank you. I intend to buy everything I can from you now.

The hoover comes in its original packaging and the seals and plastic stickers of never having been used. Once it is loaded I will try it. The only complaint I have is that the transport agency (UPS) has not respected the delivery contract at my home, leaving it at the collection agency. For the rest the shipment and the management of the origin were super fast. Thank you.

Very happy with my purchase, effective suction that adjusts automatically depending on the amount of dust. I also have a Dyson and it's much more complicated. The bin is a bit small but that's not a problem. The delivery was very quick and the product was well packaged.

The Aonus A9 Pro hoover arrived as good as new. It works well. Only one small drawback I think 500W is not enough power. Otherwise everything is fine
