So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

Review: Overall, the phone looks like new and works well. However, I noticed two issues that I’m not fully satisfied with: 1. The screen is not a genuine Apple display. The brightness is slightly lower compared to an original iPhone 14 Pro Max screen, and the quality doesn’t fully meet Apple’s standard. I was expecting an original Apple display, so this was disappointing. 2. The battery has been repaired or replaced, which was mentioned in the description. But it’s showing 100% health, which raises questions—if it was repaired, how is it showing full health? That said, the battery gives good backup and the screen still looks good despite not being original. The phone overall works fine, but I expected better in terms of authenticity as I ordered for excellent condition.

I am so happy with my purchase!! I ordered my iPhone 13 in excellent condition and it’s literally like I’ve just bought it from the Apple Store!! Absolutely amazing, I will definitely be ordering more from here!!

This was a Xmas present for my partner, her phone broke so she has had it early. I paid for an “excellent” refurbishment but as soon as the phone was started it flashed up that the battery wasn’t an Apple battery, also seems like a few times it’s been on a go slow for certain apps but then works perfectly again after 10 minutes. She is very ver the moon with the phone but I’m a little disheartened that these messages are popping up so she is unable to check the battery life given the price paid.

Phone is in almost new condition it looks great and works great, the only con is the new battery that has been fitted when refurbished is not an apple battery so there is a warning about the battery that will not go away, otherwise fantastic product amd service yet again!

Bought a refurbished iPhone 8 64GB it was a grade A and it was in immaculate condition. Had excellent communications from the back market every step of the way. The package was sent speedily via Royal Mail and it arrived sooner than I expected considering. I highly recommend Back Market and I would definitely buy again. My iPhone 7+ was getting past it, so an updated replacement needed ! Recommended an iPhone 12 mini as it was within my money range. Arrived extremely fast. Phone looks like new, crisp graphics & easier to fit into pockets. For all it’s many good points I believe I should have gone for the iPhone 12 - bigger yes, but my 77 year old eyes are finding the smaller screen a tad less easy. Anyway it was my decision, so I have live with it. Great service Backmarket & best prices together with lovely condition phones.

I am happy with my iPhone 14 Pro Max however I have noticed a minor issue. I know the display is not an AppleOriginal and sometimes the touchscreen in some areas freezes, only for a couple of seconds and I will be keeping an eye on this. Also, although it’s stated on the site that this phone is compatible with a physical sim, mine didn’t work and I had to get an E-sim, which is working perfectly.
