The parcel arrived 1 day late, which complicated the organisation of receiving it. The product is not in the same condition as the one ordered. I ordered an Ipad in very good condition and I received an Ipad in correct condition. There is 1 scratch and 2 white areas on the screen. Disappointed that even with a photo of the scratch that should not be present, the seller refuses to adapt the price to the true quality of the Ipad sent.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A50 128GB. I was delivered with a new charger. Unfortunately the charger doesn't work. I had a lot of questions about starting up the laptop. Laptop or charger that had a fault. As far as the laptop is concerned, I find that it has difficulty switching from one application to another. I find it slow. Biometric identification needs to be reviewed... My Samsung Galaxy J5 is faster than the A50? Time will tell. For the moment, I'm baffled.

I'm a regular at BACK MARKET and I've never been so disappointed by a seller. The delivery time was more than exceeded, and the item I ordered was in 'perfect' condition but arrived broken, scratched and covered in dirt. I requested a return and the seller charged me €20. I therefore had to contact the BACK MARKET service again to get my point across. BM's responsiveness is excellent by the way. The time taken by the seller to process and reimburse my order is lamentable. I strongly advise against this seller.
