I am very happy with my Garmin Forerunner 55 watch purchased from Back Market. I received it as good as new, both in terms of looks and performance. I have used it for running, walking, cycling, monitoring indoor training sessions and also swimming in the pool. The Garmin Connect app is very useful for analysing workout performance and also allows for automatic syncing with apps like Strava. I'm glad I bought it from Back Market because I was able to save money while contributing to the reuse of a technological product whose waste has a negative impact on the environment, and it comes with a one-year warranty. In my case, I took out the 5-year insurance for what might happen, as the premium is less than one euro per month and I feel more confident that I will be able to use my Forerunner 55 for a long time.

I received a refurbished smartphone in pretty good condition. There are quite a few scratches and a snag, which is a bit of a shame, but it would have been nice to be more aware of the condition of the phone.

What I was looking for

Very good, 4 times the phone turned itself off, the screen becoming streaked but now all is well. A big thank you for the quality of the offer, the speed of delivery and the low cost of a good quality phone.

Hello, this is my 1st purchase on your platform. The MacBook Air was noted in very good condition. I would like to point out that it is in a very dirty state, with food and other things stuck here and there on the shell and screen. A key must have been burnt because of a cigarette and a major scratch under the screen. I'm not talking about the keyboard, you'd think the Mac was stored open in an attic. It works really well. I had a few problems getting used to it again, coming from a Xiaomi it wasn't easy, but now it works like a charm!

The device seems to be working well at the moment. It arrived quickly and well packaged. However, it arrived quite dirty... I understand that it's second-hand, but a little cleaning wouldn't have gone amiss given the price.
