It has far exceeded my expectations. I picked up an IPhone 14, in excellent condition, but with a standard battery. It has arrived impeccable, zero scratches, the battery at 99%, and it works perfectly. We'll have to see how it evolves, but in my first week of use at least, I have to say that I'm delighted. And if it continues like this, and gives good results in the long term, I can forget about buying a new phone ever again... what a discovery! Infinitely cheaper mobiles, and as if they were taken from the factory!

Livraison dans les temps, j'ai acheté un appareil iphone 13 dit "parfait état" et c'est le cas, visuellement le téléphone est comme neuf. Je n'ai pas noté 5 pour la performance et batterie var il faut voir avec le temps. Merci

I ordered an iphone 13 with 256 MB in excellent condition. The order arrived quickly and on time, perfectly packaged and very well presented. I had no problem transferring the data and settings from my old iphone and it works perfectly. It is practically new, I can't find any details of it being used and the battery is at 97%. I am very satisfied. This is the second iphone I have bought through Back Market and I will continue to do so because on both occasions they have exceeded my expectations. Totally recommended.

Everything is perfect! I ordered an iPhone 15 in perfect condition and received it as expected, 2 days early and with a 100% battery. I'm really pleased with my purchase - it's the 2nd time I've turned to backmarket for an iPhone and I'm anything but disappointed!

I received the Iphone 15 very quickly (in two days) and it's perfect, compliant, the battery is at 100% capacity and so far I haven't detected any faults (I've had it for almost three weeks). It arrived in a box with a usb-c /usb-c cable, which I found a bit annoying (I would have preferred usb-c/usb to be compatible with my USB socket, but it's not a big deal). I was able to read in the information on the phone that it was first used in January 2024, so I'm satisfied, as I think this purchase has effectively given a second life to this iphone that someone who must have used it for about a year.

Perfect, phone with 97% battery, so almost new. Too happy with my refurbished purchase. I ordered the phone in very good condition and I am not disappointed.

L’appareil fonctionne très bien et je suis satisfait dans sa globalité Cependant à l’ouverture du téléphone, l’extérieur paraissait dans un état neuf mais seulement après après 2jours, des traces d’usure sont apparu sur les côtés du téléphone passant de noir (couleur du téléphone) à gris (couleur métal) - 5cm sur le côté gauche du téléphone - L’ensemble de l’angle en haut à gauche et droit 3cm sur le bas du téléphone Je soupçonne une peinture rajoutée par vos soins ou du précédent utilisateur, ce qui en soit ne me dérange pas mais ne dure clairement pas dans le temps (2jours pas plus) Ainsi, je suis assez déçu de l’aspect extérieur du téléphone, car si je reprends vos propos, un téléphone en parfait état « peut présenter de très légère micro rayure » et avec les éléments cité ci-dessus, cela ne répond pas aux promesses attendues. Je dirai que le téléphone est dans un état correct voir très bon état étant donné qu’il n’y a pas de trace d’impact sur le téléphone. Mais à revoir en ce qui concerne le terme « parfait » En terme de solution que je peux vous proposer afin d’augmenter la notation de 4 à 5 étoiles, serait de me faire parvenir un kit afin de pouvoir faire disparaître ...

Perfecto!! El envío fue rápido, antes de lo previsto. El móvil llegó como nuevo, sin ni una pequeña marca. Batería 97%. Todo correcto. Se compró versión excelente. Volveremos a comprar en Back Market sin duda.

Hi, the phone is excellent and in perfect condition. However, I sold you back my phone and have been told the money has been released. I have tried to enter my Oban number and your system will not accept it regardless of what I try to do. I cannot speak to anyone, and there is no way to leave a question as what I need is not on your stock answers. It is only £32.00, but I would like to have it please! Can someone help??? Thanks!!!
