The MacBook Pro I ordered was in good condition, but the accessory supplied (the charger) didn't meet the official specifications - so an important function (fast charging) didn't work. Customer service was slow to react: I had to insist for a very long time, explain everything several times and even threaten to file a complaint before finally getting my point across. In the end, the problem was resolved correctly, but only after a lot of discussion and perseverance. Tip: Back Market offers good products as long as everything goes smoothly. But if there's the slightest problem, be prepared to go through a lot of trouble and be patient before you get a real solution. Be warned: you need to know your rights and be tenacious!

Very satisfied with my order, my parcel arrived in good condition with its cover, accessories, charger and instructions. After purchasing the SD v30 card, the go pro works very well, I recommend it 👍

The day I ordered a mobile phone for my daughter, which arrived in another letterbox. No-one would believe us, neither the deliveryman nor Black Market. Someone who lived 200 metres away from us came back from holiday and found it in her letterbox. I got a voucher for €5 to spend within 30 days. I'm still disappointed with the customer service, which forced me to buy something again within 30 days, whereas buying a refurbished item is a way of fighting against over-purchasing and programmed obsolescence....

The seller's note says the board goes 25km/h and is a German model so limited to 20km/h and the rear tyre was broken. And that limiter is not easily overridden. And the same board goes 25km/h in Finland. The shipment came fine. And the board is just as clean as the ad said. It's no use criticizing it.

Be careful the GoPro works very well except that compared to the content it is marked all down nothing corresponds there is that the GoPro with a support for the helmet but no Volta or other!!!!

Everything went great the condition was great except for the bell which was defective, but is not so bad I bought a new one. Regards.

Everything is perfect

I haven't tested it yet, but accessories such as cleaning agent, cleaning plate, cleaning cloth... are missing.

Superb condition, visible quality, low price and fast delivery - I recommend it!
