What responsiveness! I received an iPhone 11 that didn't work. So I sent it back to the refurbisher, who posted it back a few days later. When I opened the parcel, I discovered a brand new iPhone that worked perfectly. Well done and thank you to the team for your follow-up.

My first experience of Back Market was buying a refurbished phone and I am more than satisfied. To replace my Iphone 6S Plus I opted for an Iphone 13 Pro Max and the result is great. The phone arrived in very clean packaging 2 days ahead of the original delivery date. I didn't expect to receive a phone in such impeccable condition, I can even tell you that I thought the phone was new, no scratches, new battery, protective shell, protective film etc... a real success. I highly recommend buying a reconditioned phone and I'll do it again for my future purchases.

iPhone XR, Received quickly, like new, battery 💯, no scratches, large screen, sublime yellow colour + charging cable + transparent shell + protective screen film. I expected a lot from this iPhone and I'm delighted. The photos are fantastic. This is the 2nd iPhone I've bought in 6 months for my family. We love it!
