My first experience of Back Market was buying a refurbished phone and I am more than satisfied. To replace my Iphone 6S Plus I opted for an Iphone 13 Pro Max and the result is great. The phone arrived in very clean packaging 2 days ahead of the original delivery date. I didn't expect to receive a phone in such impeccable condition, I can even tell you that I thought the phone was new, no scratches, new battery, protective shell, protective film etc... a real success. I highly recommend buying a reconditioned phone and I'll do it again for my future purchases.

I've never been disappointed by a device bought on Backmarket but this Iphone has unfortunately taken on water. It's my fault, I should have read the warranty conditions much more carefully: the commercial warranty is not valid for devices that have been exposed to water or any other liquid. a simple label on the product to indicate that it has lost its initial waterproofness through reconditioning would be welcome. the proposed solutions do not meet my expectations, as the message is automatic and the repair proposals for devices that have been exposed to water are not taken into account.

Delivery was quicker than expected and the phone was delivered "as new" with a transparent shell and tempered glass. Nothing to say so far, I'm really not disappointed. This is my 2nd order for a refurbished phone in 3 years from BM. I recommend it!

When I received it, I was happy with the condition and accessories supplied, but when I looked at the parameters, it was an American model that had been delivered to me, even though I had been very careful to choose a global model (see the product page). So I got an American version at the price of a global version... Too inconvenient to send back, so I'm keeping it, but this is really unacceptable on the part of the reconditioner.

This is the second time I've bought from Back Market and frankly I'm very satisfied from every point of view. Nothing to complain about in terms of delivery or the product. I changed my iPhone 8 because the screen was too small for an iPhone 11. Impeccable product. I'm very happy. I recommend Back Market. 2 very positive experiences for me.

I didn't think my transaction was going to go so well! I'm very happy with my purchase! My iphone 13 pro is almost new, with no scratches and a battery that charges and holds properly. Many thanks to the retailer and back market ;)

super fast delivery (3 days) and parcel well protected in 2 cardboard boxes and bubble wrap i ordered the iphone 11 in perfect condition with 64gb of storage, the item is perfectly as described. i hesitated for a long time to see if i would take the new battery option but i didn't but the phone arrived with 100% battery condition so i don't regret it! I received the phone with a thin shell, a tempered glass protective pane and a charging cable (well, it didn't work but I bought another one from Action and it did the trick), knowing that I hadn't ordered a shell or protection. I'm super satisfied, I really recommend it the only fault is the faulty charging cable but that's just a detail

At least the 4th purchase on Back Market and always very satisfied with my purchases! This iPhone XR is exactly what ejecta needed..... the good news also seeing a tel protection and another for the glass .... Top 👍 happy new year to all
