The smartphone I ordered previously and received to date has been an excellent surprise, no scratches, no damage, and the Lightning plug and charger are correct. I would recommend it to anyone at 1000%.

After a screen problem, the Replayce salesman in Châteauroux picked up and repaired the iPhone within the day and sent it back to us by Colissimo. Very professional, friendly and courteous, I can only thank him. I'm happy to rate him 5/5 and thank him warmly.

At first I was very disappointed because the iPhone didn't recognise the battery, and the camera wasn't original, but in the end my iPhone 13 Pro Max works very well and I'm very pleased with the purchase. I advise you to buy it, even if the battery is not new, it works very well and lasts a very long time.

The phone is just as I expected, although it does have its faults, the main ones being (for me and in relation to my use) : - the fingerprint sensor lacks a little responsiveness and the fingerprint area is a little small - the GPS sometimes having a little trouble synchronising. These shortcomings are well known and, in principle, have been corrected on the S21, but the battery life and the price at the time of purchase led me to opt for the S20. Overall, I'm very happy with it :)

Smartphone received quickly and in like-new condition, as described. The battery seems to have all its capacity with almost 3 days without recharging. Very satisfied with the product and service!

Battery not charged, update not done... phone resets during data transfer! 2 hours to get it up and running. It's a shame, because the phone really is as good as new! Ordered in sidereal grey and received in black, but I don't care!

This iPhone was given as a Christmas present. Apparently it works perfectly. It arrived on time, well protected and as advertised. It's a bit early to say that there are no problems, but for the moment, the person who received it seems satisfied!

Hello, I wanted to contact the seller directly but couldn't find him. The exterior is like new, just the bottom of the button to increase the volume does not work (retract inside). There are small things inside camera and purple spots that appears when screen is turned on black colour. The last thing I'm not happy about is the battery is not recognised by the iPhone so you can't check the battery percentage.
