Honestly disgraceful got the phone with a crack going through the screen texted for support and ai bot got back to me saying there doing an investigation never heard back had to pay 200€ for an new screen on top of what I paid for the phone

The phone is in perfect condition as far as appearance is concerned. No scratches, dings or chips. The battery came to 97%, and I chose the excellent option so great, I can go two days without charging it if I want, with a moderate / intense use, as I work with the music on. The cameras are in perfect condition, except for the 0.5 which had a spot in the top left corner, as if from the sensor. But coincidentally with an update to 18.4 it has disappeared, I don't know if it will reappear with time. I was a bit afraid of what I might get, but the truth is that I don't regret it, I'm very happy.

iPhone 13 Pro received very quickly. The shipment is careful, the phone is well protected. Impeccable condition, battery condition on receipt: 97%. This is the 3rd IPhone I've bought reconditioned in "perfect condition" and I've never been disappointed with this site!

I've waited a month to do this review, but I can't help but be enthusiastic. it's the first refurbished one I've bought and it's practically new at half the market price. I couldn't have made a better choice. The phone has no visual defects and arrived with 95% battery life.

I had ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 in good condition, but unfortunately it didn't work when I switched it on. So I contacted Back Market's after-sales service, and I'd like to emphasise their responsiveness and efficiency. Every step of the way, I received quick and clear answers, and they really followed up on my case. After returning the appliance, it was taken care of and repaired within the stated timeframe. Less than a week later I was able to get it back, the phone was working perfectly, and the icing on the cake: the battery condition was 100%! As a bonus, a small packet of sweets was waiting for me in the parcel, a really nice touch. A big thank you to Back Market's after-sales service and to the reconditioner, who did their best to resolve my problem quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them!

In principle, the device works perfectly. It's just that sometimes I get the impression that the controls don't react in the same way between two identical operations. As I'm not used to the Apple interface, it takes some getting used to, and that's probably the only problem. In any case, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and with the quality of the phone in general (photo resolution, refined design, screen responsiveness, efficiency of the Apple ecosystem, etc.).

The iPhone came impeccable, with 97% battery l without any marks of use, super good, fast, updated, I have no complaints to make, I was really impressed with the iPhone, the delivery was super fast, I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy refurbished mobile phones to buy here. Thank you very much
