    MacBook arrived in very discreet, well padded packaging. The product was graded excellent and it looks like it has just been taken out of its original packaging and then re packaged. No sign of it ever being used. I’m very happy. If i had of bought this being told it was brand new I would of believed it. It did arrive a day late but that is a fault of the courier not back market or the seller. Very happy!

    Disappointed. It didn’t come as expected. I bought in the excellent condition, paid extra for it and paid extra to get the uk keyboard layout but I got the US layout which wouldve saved me about €70 less if I chose that option in the first place. The laptop came with no charger and came with no Apple packaging whatsoever literally just the laptop in some random white box and that’s it. I had high expectations because I’ve bought off other websites like refurbished and they ALWAYS come with a charger at the minimum and if it doesn’t they make it VERY clear to you that it doesn’t come with it. Alongside that I paid extra for no reason and all they could offer me was a refund. The laptop took ages to come so I already know if I try get a replacement I’ll be looking at paying more money to ship it back to them and waiting another 2 months before I actually get what I paid good money for. You guys should just take your money elsewhere, or pay the extra 100 for the product from Apple refurbished or even for the retail

    Colis arrivé 2j en avance, très bien emballé et protégé, j’ai l’impression d’avoir reçu un MacBook Air neuf, il fonctionne très bien, aucune anomalies au niveau de l’aspect extérieur du produit, la charge max de batterie est à 100% elle a du donc être changé lors du reconditionnement, de plus on m’a aussi donné un meilleur chargeur (Apple) de 67watt, rien à dire tout est nickel! À voir avec le temps si tout marche bien

    Ho già comperato un dispositivo ricondizionato, ma è la prima volta che acquisto su BackMarket e, devo essere onesta, all'inizio ero alquanto riluttante a prendere un pc di questa cifra online. Sono oramai passati dieci giorni dall'acquisto e finora non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema. È anche la prima volta che acquisto un MacBook: sono piacevolmente sorpresa dalla comodità e dall'indiscutibile qualità di questo computer! Lo uso principalmente per studiare all'università e fuori casa, ascoltare musica e per svago, non riesco proprio a farne a meno L'unica cosa che mi sento di fare presente è che la tastiera di questo Mac è inglese, pertanto non vi sono gli accenti, accenti che poi devono essere poi aggiunti con la "correzione automatica" della tastiera. Problema che a mio avviso non è rilevante, ma che magari a qualcuno può interessare Ps è anche arrivato in anticipo, con imballaggio originale della Apple

    Très content de mon iPad 10.2 (2020). Les performances sont excellentes, l'écran est net et lumineux, offrant une expérience visuelle agréable.     Compré el iPhone 13 Pro en calidad excelente y me vino sin una sola marca de uso. De momento sólo he notado que uno de los botones del volumen no hace "click" pero nada grave. He sido poco afortunado con el porcentaje de la batería, me ha venido con 86% pero aún así aguanta muy bien. Lo recomiendo 100% si quieres comprar un móvil y no te decides a hacerlo.

    Pues todo fue genial, el producto llegó mucho antes de lo previsto lo que me ha soprendido mucho, en excelente estado la verdad, es mi primera compra pero muchos ya me habían dicho que era excente los productos, mi pedido fue un Galaxy S22+ 5G 256GB en estado excelente y así me ha llegado sin rayas ni nada. Y la atención al cliente no podría ser mejor, tuve alguna duda por no haber puesto la dirección completa y me han contestado rápido y solucionado. Sin dudas volveré a comprar muchas otras veces.

    Llevo casi 1 mes con el movil (iphone 13 pro) y hasta hoy todo correcto, pedi el de calidad excelente y vino prácticamente nuevo, solo una o dos señales casi invisibles, para un uso normal del movil son inapreciables dichas marcas, camara excelente y pantalla igual, la bateria me llego al 87% y en principio me dio un poco de bajon, pero aun asi te dura el dia entero incluso jugando a algun juego q otro, mi recomendacion es que si estan en duda de comprarlo o no, no duden en hacerlo, pero siempre el de calidad excelente. Por cierto, un gran trato al cliente por parte de backmarket, por otro lado pesimo trato de DHL expres, el envio llego con mucho retraso y ni tuvieron el valor de entregarme a mi el pedido, si no que se lo dieron a una vecina estando yo en mi domicilio y todo, y la pagina de rastreo de seguimiento de ellos no se actualiza correctamente, recomendaria q cambiaran de repartidor porq fue pesimo y la caja con abolladuras de haberseles caido claramente, pero backmarket no son responsables de ellos. Por todo lo demas perfecto. Gracias.
