Very happy with my purchase. I took a samsung reconditioned in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have nothing to complain about, it's perfect.

This is my first refurbished smartphone and I'm very pleased with it so far. The only fault is the battery, which doesn't last too long.

As described, but with a scratch on the frame near the USB socket, it had come for a new condition. The rest was perfect, delivery, timescales, warranty etc...

the phone arrived in exceptional condition, only a little battery found at 85 but I am very happy with the purchase

I have been ordering reconditioned appliances from Bach Market for several years now. I have never had a problem with them, and I highly recommend them.

The phone overheats a lot when I charge it, it is an original charger and original samsung cable. It only charges when it is empty and turned off and is not used in the meantime and does not turn on until it is fully charged so I don't even know what the overheating is due to. It also happens when I make video calls, it heats up in a brutal way, to the point of closing the application. Regards

Shipping packaging was in very poor condition Contents on the other hand absolutely top Smartphone condition HERVORRAGEND!!!!

I'm a bit disappointed, I wasn't expecting such simplicity. But that's just my feeling, it doesn't affect the rest.

The appliance I received works perfectly and arrived in almost perfect condition. I am very satisfied with the device.
