Website easy to use. Apple Pay, always a bonus. Arrived next day, even though estimated delivery was two to three days, which was a bonus. Packaging was good, secure and stupidly silly and over packed. Phone was literally like new, I couldn’t tell. So far, all good. Very impressed. Will not be paying Vodafone or whoever’s extortionate prices again.

the phone I received is great, but, there is only one issue with it, it needs a battery replacement, it currently drops about 1% every minute while in use. apart from this issue, the phone functions as intended.

As a Smart phone “ newbie “ although an owner of an old iPad Air I thought it was time to take the plunge . Everything was perfect. The price, the quick delivery, the fact it was recycled and in excellent condition . We are really happy with our recent purchase of the iPhone SE! It is in great condition, and we gave it to our son as a present, and it looks like new. It has been working really well so far, and my son and I are delighted with it.

The phone was like new and a very reasonable price. Arrived on time and I have had no issues. I have bought other phones here for family and have been well pleased.

Perfect, but the only problem was the charger. It was type C and not lightning which doesn’t suit me:(

The IPhone SE 64 Gb was as described, unlocked and ready to pair with my old phone. Transfer was a doddle and phone is a lot faster, better than expected.
