Order placed without too much difficulty thanks to the simplicity of the site, order registered and shipped very quickly. On receipt the parcel was perfectly packaged, box and smartphone intact. The only problem was that I received the wrong colour smartphone, but that wasn't a problem because my partner likes the new one a lot more! I really recommend the merchant (reconditioner) and also Backmarket for their platform!

I have had my Xiaomi note 13 back for a week now and it works very well. It's great for a refurbished phone.

Great buy the phone is nickel not a scratch when I took it in good condition with a shell and screen protection offered that asked more ah if the phone does not bug and it is super responsive

On the other hand, I was very disappointed because the technical description indicated that it would be possible to add an SD card, which is not the case at all. I therefore have to make do with 256GB of internal memory. It's really annoying!

hello backmarket and your reconditioner, I am currently using the a54 that I bought myself after my old phone malfunctioned. Thank you for sending me a new phone. It works very well and lasts all day. The delivery went very well. In conclusion, THANK YOU BACKMARKET.

The phone arrived within a few days. It was as good as new. The only downside was that the cable was a USB-C to USB-C cable and there was no plug to go with it. I don't think I saw this information beforehand.
