Everything's finally going well since I got my Chromebook! It's great, easy and very practical! This refurbished one looks like new! I'm really satisfied at the moment...

Short delivery time, perfectly respected. The packaging is top notch and absolutely impeccable. However, the laptop was very poorly prepared: Keyboard in Italian Many Windows settings still in Italian. 23 drivers were either missing, present but not installed, or not up to date. And to top it all off, there was a lot of noise when handling the laptop, and for good reason: after opening the rear cover, I discovered 3 chassis fixing screws missing and loose in the laptop; I had to open the laptop completely to retrieve them. After all that, the computer works fine in conclusion, 1 star for the delivery time, another star for the packaging, but nothing for the rest.

Computer well received. Chromebook touchscreen, tablet computer for 109€. Just what I was looking for. Second hand in good condition To be seen in the long term. And test guarantee 12 months to see if correct. Delivery time correct 7 days

Quick purchase, slow delivery, even if the month of January can't help. What's more, the parcel came from the Benelux countries. I've just written my review from the Benelux, and everything looks fine. It's just a shame that the factory settings weren't made before delivery, but at least I know how to do them now.

Very, very happy with my purchase, my son hadn't even noticed that it was a recondicioned product because it was so clean and new. It works without any problem, my son is delighted because it's really what he wanted.

The item was well packaged, but there was no paper in the box. What's more, I ordered a black and grey computer and it arrived green and black... There's a smudge on the screen that wasn't mentioned when I bought it. I'll have to wait and see if there are any unpleasant surprises.

Hello No problems with the delivery, but with the computer....... The keyboard was not in Azerty (as indicated), it was blocked in the Italian version with keys that did not correspond to the characters and letters. There were also 5 keys with their letters half-erased and worn out (although the description said they were in "good condition"). There was also no indication that there was no CD/DVD drive. I am very disappointed!

I bought it to find out what a chromebook does on the cheap. Good delivery and device works well.
