I am satisfied with the Iphone 13 that I ordered from you; it looks great, and transferring the data from my old iPhone to the one you sent me was no problem at all. I've been using it for 5 days and I've had no problems. I'm really pleased with my purchase from Back Market, as with all the other products I've ordered.

The iPhone SE I originally ordered was no longer available, but Backmarket immediately found a replacement. The iPhone is in excellent condition with 100% battery and virtually no other visible signs of use. Very satisfied.

The phone is in better condition than advertised, you can hardly see the signs of use (you have to look carefully), it works very well, the value for money is excellent, and the delivery was very fast. I am very pleased with the quality of the phone and the price.

Hello, this is the second smartphone I've bought from Back Market, this one is for my wife, and frankly it's a real pleasure, the price, the speed of delivery and above all the quality of the reconditioning, you really wonder when you open the pack if there isn't a mistake and you've actually got a brand new smartphone in your hands, excellent work, to be recommended,

Very good condition. On the battery front, unfortunately, it's not great: you have to recharge it halfway through the day (although I don't use it intensively... > no social networking).

It's light, fast and functional - all it needed was a little tool to open the SIM card slot!

Everything went very smoothly. Clear and simple site, very pleasant. Easy to place an order. Iphone arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Works perfectly so far.

Telephone in very good condition. As ordered. However the Apple message that the battery is not original and the screen not original could still be avoided and especially certainly reprogrammed by the services of Black Market. It's just a shame, it spoils things a bit, even if everything works perfectly.

Great model, suitable for my 78 year old grandmother, intuitive handling, compact size, battery ok, recent applications up to date. Use a case because it folds easily. Tip: make icloud backups so as not to lose anything, avoid major system updates at all costs, sometimes incompatible with certain spare parts replaced by the refurbisher.
