My laptop arrived well and securely packaged and was in very good condition at first and second glance. No signs of use and no problems in operation. The only small flaw is the non-functioning fingerprint scanner, but this didn't work on the predecessor either, so I assume that this is a "family disease" from HP.

I received the order, it arrived very quickly. You only sent me one charger for two iPads, okay, I thought about it for a moment, but otherwise I am very satisfied. Thank you very much for the fast service.

The laptop is very clean and the system configuration is exactly as described. It has worked flawlessly so far. There are a few small scratches on the casing, but overall the condition is acceptable. The battery health is 69%, which is also still okay for a five-year-old device.

Clean device. After receipt, the full-time IT administrator put it through its paces, everything was fine, the expert was very satisfied. Of course, there are minor signs of use on the casing, but these are exactly as stated in the description and only visible at first glance if you know that there should be some. (Condition 'good', price 374€ including shipping). A well-rounded thing, gladly again!

I have to say that the iPhone arrived undamaged and looks like new, but the problem is that as soon as I switch the mobile phone off at 50-70% battery power and then switch it on again, the battery is at 8% ...

All in all, everything was great, but there were problems with the delivery as the consignment had the address but the house number was missing. The sender sorted this out promptly after a brief consultation, but the use of the logistics service provider DPD should perhaps be reconsidered internally. The consignment was undamaged and the device is top quality.

Everything went perfectly, from ordering to delivery to commissioning. Sustainability is important to me, which is why I opted for this appliance. Now it has to last a very, very long time, then it will have really paid off. I am happy to recommend it to others.
