Phone is in excellent condition - cannot tell that it is reconditioned. Delivered in very short period of time. Set up was easier that I thought it would be and it performs very well. Battery charge is held for a lot longer than I expected (only had earlier iPhone previously).

Purchased a reconditioned Galaxy Xcover 5 which are tougher phones. Arrived on time in good packaging, worked immediately and was in very good condition. Surpassed my expectations, thank you.

As a first phone for my son, this has made a really big difference to what he could have. We wanted to stick with Apple as the parental controls are linked to our own phones and, price-wise, this is the only way we could go. The phone is spotless and has 95% battery life. Perfect for my son!

My refurbished phone arrived the next day after I placed my order. The phone is in excellent condition and I transferred all the info/apps/contacts etc using the Smart Switch app in about 15-20 mins. I am extremely happy with the quality of the phone and the service I received.

This was a present for my dad, who was using an iPhone 6, and he's overjoyed with it. Excellent value; it was in great condition and generally, I was very happy. He didn't want a brand new one, as he doesn't use it that much, so this was perfect.

The Iphone is like new very happy with this purchase. Unfortunately the delivery courier was not good, there tracker said be delivered between 14.00 and 15.00 I was in my house waiting but I get a message from them saying no one at home and I will need to collect it from a local pickup point the next day. Don’t understand why I paid the delivery charge.

the phone is first class, looks new, and works like new, the battery lasts and lasts and I'm a heavy user, it's a huge step up from my S20 I've used Back Market twice before with move mixed results, the last time i was a little disappointed i should have followed it up but didn't, Which was my fault. looks like this time i may have hit the jackpot

Excellent buying experience. Superb product. Very happy. My first ever smart phone and I could not be more pleased. One more thing - you need to give Sagesse Maell a pay rise, one of the most helpful customer service advisers I have ever had. Many companies could leave a thing or two from you. Will definately use Backmarket agsin.
