Very good laptop. Really in perfect condition, as requested. No scratches (even superficial ones), brand new battery (0 cycles at the time of first use), very powerful PC with a more than comfortable autonomy for my use, light and seems resistant. Very comfortable Qwerty keyboard, even if the position of the Fn key takes some getting used to. I have no regrets about my purchase, this laptop is perfect for me! The seller seemed very serious, and even included Lenovo's proprietary ethernet adapter in the laptop's original box.

So it's okay... The delivery was super fast, and the device is in perfect condition except for the keyboard (large stains on the fabric). The device was delivered with Windows 10 and a local user is logged in, unfortunately I had to do a reset because you can't log in with a Microsoft account. I think this should be solved differently, as older people who don't understand this may have to contact support unnecessarily. Otherwise I can only recommend it

I would like to thank you - everything went well! Well packaged, delivered quickly and makes a good impression. It would be good to write the weight in the offer, I won't be taking this notebook to work every day ... it weighs too much for that, but the performance is convincing. I will gladly remain a customer with you!!!

Even if the case has outlived its usefulness, this tower enabled me to replace an ageing PC (10 years old). What really sold me was the price. Received promptly in perfect condition. This isn't my first purchase from Back Market and it certainly won't be my last. Thanks to the team

Good product and good price. Fast delivery. Arrived in perfect condition. Description of the correct state and with all the specified components. I don't like that it comes with a sticker that prevents you from opening the computer and I suppose that if you break it you will lose the warranty. This would prevent you from upgrading the computer. It is appreciated that the elf is free although a minimum is covered by the extra warranties.

I ordered it in good condition and am completely satisfied with the exterior. No scratches at all on the surfaces, only small dents on the edges, but that's totally ok. The keys all work well and the system runs a bit slowly, but it's the latest version. I can recommend it

I ordered my MacBook in "Condition: Used", I expected slight scratches, but there was such a sharp corner on the case that you could almost injure yourself. In the description of the condition it says: light scratches, so this is no longer a good condition and therefore ask for feedback by email to: jara.linnea@web.de for a price reduction. MacBook purchased in "good" condition. As stated, there were a few small scratches and a dent on one corner. Technically, the device has run very well so far. Only the battery is a little weak, although the device is supposed to be refurbished. That's why I deducted one star. Otherwise, delivery and processing were fast and highly satisfactory.

This computer has the best price/quality ratio I've found available on the Back Market. The only problem I found was that despite being classified as "good" in terms of aesthetics, the computer has several scratches that don't match the description. I suggest that the seller take this into consideration in the future, to avoid creating false expectations for the customer. The product came very well packaged and the delivery was very fast.
