The purchase was perfect, the product is as described and optional excellent choice, practically as new, really serious and safe. Excellent and present customer service that immediately responded to me for the error of sending the wrong charger (refunded) I conclude by saying that they are reliable serious and professional this is my first purchase and will not be the last .

W-O-W! I was speechless for days, and still find it hard to realise. Let's start with the assumption that I was fully aware that I was buying a refurbished product and therefore never expected top quality in any respect. It is the implicit compromise that is assumed and agreed between the parties when buying a refurbished product. Now, I got a yellow iPhone 14, excellent condition. So yes, I expected a good product but not to receive a practically NEW phone. I should mention that it was made for the Japanese market, discovered by checking the ID, which from a technical/logical point of view, doesn't affect us in the slightest. The smartphone did not have the slightest scratch, of any kind, or at least visible to the naked eye. The cameras are perfect, the body is immaculate and the front and back are clean in every shade and contrast of light. I did some in-depth analysis to check the 'history' of the device and found that it is practically new. Letter M. The battery has been used, but in excellent condition, with a life of 89%, fully meeting the sales parameters that guaranteed it to be above 85%. The battery WORKS great. The loss of 11% of total life has not affected its performance in the slightest, it holds long charges and manages consumption perfectly with the optimised mode. The other day I charged it in the morning and had to recharge it the first afternoon after. OK, I don't use it to play games or watch 3-hour videos, but I still use it daily. All parts are original, Face ID works perfectly, as does True Tone. Arrived with iOS 18 now I have updated it to 26 and it runs great, massive processor and functional. I don't know if this was one of those phones in shops for display, or if it was a perfectly treated company phone but I can say that I got a brand new phone in its entirety. And for the price I paid for it and the price it cost not even 3 years ago I would say that I am delighted with my purchase and absolutely amazed at the quality this site provides. It was my first time buying and I know that on the refurbished one also needs a bit of 'luck', but from my point of view I was really satisfied. Truly delighted and incredulous.
