No pidáis a Irlanda , Back Market me intento ayudar aunque tampoco me dieron muchas alternativas estuve esperando el pedido más de 17 días y tuve que viajar al final sin móvil porque tampoco se ponían en contacto con el repartidor , en este caso UPS . Solo me decían que me pusiera yo en contacto con ellos para facilitar la dirección (cuando estaba perfectamente descrita) y tenían mi teléfono de contacto. Bastante decepcionante la verdad

Delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13. I bought an iPhone 12 for my son last year and he has done very well with it. Mine has a new battery and works great. It has no damage whatsoever and looks brand new. I would recommend this site without hesitation. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

iPhone 14 plus received quickly after ordering (less than a week). Packaged in a box no bigger than the phone, with a charging cable and a clip to open the SIM slot. (Parcel left in letterbox without signature... lack of professionalism on the part of the carrier). Quality of the phone: only one air bubble under one of the lenses (with no repercussions on its use) and a small crack on another. Based on this experience I would recommend this reconditioning platform. The order was easy to place and the delivery time was more than reasonable.

Phone was well received and looks like new for a refurbished phone. Even the battery is 100%. Turned it on and started using it perfectly, but I can't create a new Apple account with this phone!

I wanted to get my partner a phone as a gift as his iPhone XR is on its last legs, and as I can't afford a new one right now I thought I'd try a refurbished one, and it's the best decision I could have made. I chose the "excellent" category, adding a new battery to ensure that the phone would come as new as possible, and when I opened the box I was surprised to see that it looked like a brand new phone. The delivery was quicker than I expected. The only thing to take into account and for clueless people like me: it includes the cable, but NOT the base. Highly recommended ⭐️

From this feedback, it seems that BackMarket offers an overall very positive buying experience for refurbished products, thanks in particular to the quality of the products, well-executed delivery tracking and commendable responsiveness of customer service. These are undeniable strengths that reinforce consumer confidence in refurbished products. However, the downsides point to areas for improvement. The fact that chargers are delivered incomplete (cable without mains plug) or that the plugs delivered are of average quality could adversely affect the user experience. This can quickly detract from the overall perception of a quality service. Also, packaging that is considered too light for fragile items is an obvious risk, both in terms of protection and the perception of care given to delivery. My view would be that BackMarket, while keeping its strong points to the fore, should pay more attention to these logistical aspects. An extra effort on the quality of accessories and more robust packaging would make the experience not only positive but virtually irreproachable.
