The back of the phone broke despite a protective shell (the impact mark is under the shell). I have no recollection of dropping it or bumping it, so it must have received a minor shock which nevertheless broke it. I'd only had it a month and a half.

It has come to me in very good condition and the battery is at 100%, so far everything is going very well, I've had it for a month now and it hasn't given me any problems.

I ordered an iPhone 12 and received it quickly however I ordered it in perfect condition and the phone arrived very dirty and greasy. Impossible to clean. I'm a bit disappointed, knowing that if I ask for it to be in perfect condition, they know full well that I'm not going to keep an item that isn't, especially given the price.
