The tablet I bought (Samsung Galaxy tab Active Pro) was missing an important accessory. I returned the item and received a refund very quickly. Finally, I realised that the price was quite high! 249 for this refurbished tablet, whereas I've just found a brand new, sealed Samsung Galaxy tab Active4 Pro for £329 (eBay).

Very satisfied with my purchase, the Galaxy A52s arrived in perfect condition and works like new. Ordered and received in two days, you can't beat that. I'm a convert to refurbished products!

I was rather sceptical when I ordered a refurbished one for a Christmas present, for fear that it would be too damaged. In the end, visually speaking, it was as good as new, and so far I can't find anything wrong with the way it works. The only downside is that you receive the phone without a box, the phone is only in the box with its charger but apart from that everything is perfect!

Very fast delivery, received in two days and a completely new item, even though I bought it in very good condition. First time I've tried reconditioning, I don't have enough experience yet but everything works perfectly and the battery lasts over time.

Good I had looked at the reviews before and they looked good but I received my iPad and it was having problems so I sent it back for a repair or replacement but unfortunately the seller couldn't do anything.

It is working quite fell and was delivered very quickly and looking very new, the battery takes long to charge however according to research this is normal for all iPads so I am content for the moment.

The product was noted to be in "perfect condition" but there are signs of wear on the back shell of the iPad. 😕 I hope the iPad will work in the long run. 🤞🏻 The parcel was well prepared. Solid and protective (bubble wrap) A charger was supplied with the iPad.

The iPad has arrived well, no marks on the glass, a slight knock on the bottom right, the only break is that there was a piece of jack stuck in it and I had to have it removed by a shop here in the area, 20€, but the fear has been removed, I thought that buying from you a minimum of control was done, the battery also lasts little and I will have to replace it...

Perfect as always! iPad in very good condition, obviously much better than the one we bought four years ago. I really appreciate the 20 watt charger that came with it, because even with a new device, you don't need a charger. One more reason for me to buy second hand! Thanks backmarket 😸
